Testing services

In our testing facilities we can perform independently various

laundry and textile tests;

both standardised as well as

specially adapted to your needs

Laundry tests

Using our extensive laundry equipment setup we can run primary and secondary detergent tests on different scales:

  • lab scale (tergetometer)
  • household (Miele)
  • reference (Wascator)
  • industrial (large washer extractor)


We have all possible standard loads, ballasts and test materials readily available. With our water preparation installation we can vary the type of water required.


We offer full reporting service as well as full data transfer option.

Dish washing tests (ADW/MDW)

We work closely together with the only supplier of standardised test materials for (auto) dishwash performance testing.  You can use us  as  third party lab for screening, verification of extra capacity.


Our core capabilities are soil removal testing, both in ADW and MDW, but we are also offering multi-wash runs in glass care for instance.

 

Most standards for dish washing testing use in-house prepared test materials, but the test materials are of course commercially available. This means that you could easily have the test repeated.


Hard surface cleaning agent tests

We use the most recently developed test materials and methods for testing the performance of manual cleaning agents like all purpose cleaners, bath room cleaners and hand dish.

Hard surface cleaning - car

A special category are hard surface cleaners for cars. We have the capability to test all kind of variants like:


  • car shine
  • tire shine
  • windscreen washer fluid



Textile testing

We can offer various textile tests, mostly focussed at problem solving and root cause analysis.


  • colour measurement; lab and field
  • pilling test (Martindale)
  • softness testing
  • damage investigation


Microbiological and hygiene testing

We offer standard and tailor made tests and evaluation of your product or solution. We can do microbiological testing in the field at your plant using our proven methods and rapidly provide results. If required we can give you solutions for your microbiological challenge


  • anti microbial materials like textiles
  • (surface) cleaners
  • thermal and microbiological reduction
  • etc.
